Job description :
As a Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Consultant your role involves several key responsibilities:
1. Requirements Gathering and Documentation:
Conduct client workshops to understand their business requirements for the successful implementation of the ERP solution.
Document these requirements in the form of Business Scenario Documents Functional Requirements Documents or User Stories in line with project needs.
2. Design and Customization:
Develop design documents for any required customizations and reports within Dynamics 365.
Ensure that these design documents encompass boundary conditions and comprehensive test scenarios.
3. Collaborative Review:
Review design documents data mapping and integration mapping created by other team members ensuring alignment with project goals.
4. Configuration:
Configure Dynamics 365 modules including Product Information Management Procurement Production Sales Inventory Management Warehouse Management and Transportation Management.
Configure D365 functionalities for Order Management Item Management Inventory Master Planning Warehousing Procurement Vendor Management Vendor Portal and Manufacturing.
5. Client Support and Training:
Offer guidance and support to clients throughout the implementation process including training and troubleshooting.
6. Customization and Integration:
Develop functional specifications and design documents for any required customizations and integrations.
Collaborate closely with technical consultants to ensure that functional requirements are accurately translated into technical designs.
