Represent the Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs Reservation of Oregon/Branch of Natural Resources as a DPSST certified & commissioned law enforcement officer (Police Officer). Perform all aspects of natural resource protection. Conservation and education. As a law enforcement officer to implement enforcement efforts to Fish & Wildlife issues as well as the recreational aspects of Parks Management. Protect and enforce laws and ordinances for all cultural resources. Tribal member preference.

Requirements

Must have a high school diploma or GED. Must be certified in the state of Oregon as a Police Officer (desired but not required). Must be 21 years of age or older with a valid Oregon drivers license. Must be in good physical condition and able to negotiate sometimes steep rugged terrain. Must pass a drug test and background check. If necessary attend the Indian Police Academy basic Police course (16 Weeks) in Artesia New Mexico.
