Perform diversified and complex duties in maintaining accounting records. Prepare financial forms to postentries to a wide variety of sources. Process prepare or confirm all travel arrangements for tribal employees (i.e. hotel reservations flight arrangements visa payments registration auto rentals shuttle information; maps etc. ). Process checks request forms travel information forms travel authorization forms travel reimbursements forms. Provide accurate budget analysis. Process invoices and receipts. Maintain and record all activities and research for travel and make adjustments when appropriate. Do financial budget reports for lineitem budgeting related to travel Conduct assigned systems and assure deadlines policies procedures and reporting requirements. Coordinate with other departments agencies and individuals affected by assigned systems. Train other staff in most areas of travel. Process all Visa and vehicle rental bills each month. Maintain confidentiality.
High School Diploma or equivalent and one year experience making travel arrangements. Must submit and pass a preemployment drug screen and criminal background check. Must submit and pass a criminal background check with Federal Tribal and State Law Enforcement. Will also be required to submit and pass a preemployment drug/alcohol screening.
