Manager Customer Success is responsible for Azure O365 Cyber Security Cloud Telephony and Secure Network as a Service products in dedicated existing accounts working closely with Channel Partners and Sales teams by generating New Business cross selling and Upselling .
Key Role Deliverables
The Candidates will be required to sell the below product and services to our Existing Base :
Microsoft Azure
Microsoft O365
SDWAN SDBRANCH Firewall as a Service (Fortinet)
Email Endpoint & DLP solutions (Cyber Security)
WhatsApp For Business (WABA) True caller ( CPaaS)
Collaboration Suites Zoom Teams MS teams Phone etc
Qualification & Experience
- Should be able to do capability presentation to customer and Understand IT footprint of customer as well as provide business solutions to the customer.
- Ability to gain a 360degree overview of the customer business landscape during customer conversation and bridge the gap by navigating customer conversation with TTL offering and increase Enterprise Product per Customer.
- Techno Commercial Solution selling exposure and ability to bridge between the Solution Architect and Sales
- Total Experience of 6 8 years would be preferred ideally selling Azure solutions or SDWAN Services.
- Commercial Acumen experience in Cross Selling & Upselling Consultative Selling preferrable with Engineering degree from reputed university
- Candidates who have cleared AZ 104 AZ 700 NSE4 certificates are preferred.
- Should have drive for results and flair for Solution Sales
- Proven leadership skills and confidence to do Sr Leadership meetings with Customer.
- Excellent Techno Commercial skills and ability to public speaking and do workshops for customers.
