Housekeeper
Summary of Position:
The Housekeeper will be responsible for creating a clean and orderly environment for our guests. The incumbent will report directly to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
Required Technical Competencies:
Education:
- High school diploma
- Minimum of one (1) years experience in a similar position
- Suitable combination of training and experience
This requires a basic understanding of the bar structures operations and customer service.

- Availability to work nights weekends and holidays.

- Ability to stand walk bend etc for extended periods and lift up to 15 lbs.
- Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance.

- Contribute to a high level of customer service and efficiency.
- Assist in controlling housekeeping inventory and equipment.
- Maintain all regulatory and cleanliness requirements.
- Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping mopping dusting vacuuming and polishing.
- Ensure all rooms and public areas are cared for and inspected according to standards.
- Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies.
- Ensure all needed equipment is available.
- Notify superiors of any damages deficits and disturbances
- Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any companyrelated practices.
- Maintain a clean work environment.
- Wash label and store linen and towels as per regulatory and company standards.
- Pleased customers
- All necessary items are accessible and functional.
- Full compliance with regulatory and cleanliness requirements
