Our services include legal advisory contract drafting and review company secretarial services regulatory government affairs and nominee trustee service. This is a fulltime onsite role for a Senior Governance Consultant. The Senior Governance Consultant will be responsible for advising clients on governance matters regulatory compliance and corporate secretarial duties. They will review and draft legal documents and oversee corporate compliance. They will also be responsible for managing client relationships and providing strategic advice on corporate governance issues.
Requirements
LL.B ICSAN LL.M(If possible) with 6 years of experience. This role is open to all genders.
