Position Overview:
We are seeking two experienced and highly motivated Business Development Heads to lead our expansion efforts in Mumbai. The ideal candidates will have 510 years of proven experience in business development management preferably within the real estate or hospitality industry. They will be responsible for driving revenue growth maintaining occupancy levels above 95% at all our properties building and managing a decentralized team implementing effective systems and reporting mechanisms and developing strategies to enhance lead management and conversion rates. Candidates from CoWorking Industry are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth and achieve targets for CoLiving and student accommodation properties in Mumbai Navi Mumbai Pune and Gujurat
2. Build and lead a highperforming decentralized business development team providing guidance support and motivation to ensure individual and collective success with daily management schedules.
3. Implement robust systems and processes for tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) including occupancy rates revenue generation lead conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
4. Utilize datadriven insights to identify market trends opportunities and potential risks and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize results.
5. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing operations and finance to align business development initiatives with overall company objectives.
6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including property owners developers investors and strategic partners to facilitate business growth and expansion.
7. Lead negotiations and contract discussions with potential clients and partners ensuring favorable terms and conditions that align with company policies and objectives.
8. Implement effective lead management strategies including lead generation qualification nurturing and conversion to optimize sales performance and maximize revenue opportunities.
9. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on business development activities performance metrics and market insights and propose recommendations for improvement.
10. Stay abreast of industry trends competitive developments and emerging technologies and leverage this knowledge to innovate and enhance the companys offerings and strategies.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in business administration marketing real estate or a related field; MBA preferred.
510 years of progressive experience in business development management with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing decentralized teams preferably in the real estate or hospitality industry.
Strong understanding of revenue management principles lead management strategies and sales pipeline optimization techniques.
Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire motivate and mentor team members to achieve their full potential.
Proficiency in using CRM software data analytics tools and other relevant technologies to track analyze and report on business performance.
Strategic thinker with a resultsoriented mindset capable of identifying opportunities solving complex problems and making datadriven decisions.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and market conditions.
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders including clients partners and internal teams.
Strong negotiation presentation and influencing skills with the ability to effectively represent the company and negotiate favorable outcomes.
