David Kennedy Recruitment partnered with a renowned tech BPO company to find a motivated and skilled Sales Representative for a parcel delivery companyto join their team remotely in Greece.Your role as a Sales Representative will involve generating new business and using aconsultative approach to provide tailored solutions that meet the clients unique needs whileexecuting sales strategies to achieve the targets through both outbound and inbound salescalls.


Position: Sales Representative

Location: Remote workfrom home inGreece

Employment type: Fulltime

Remuneration model: Base salary bonus

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Grow your book of business by developing new business opportunities establishing andnurturing customer relationships and ensuring retention
  • Get through to the decision maker by utilizing the Influencers and Users to help
    close the business
  • Engage customers in a consultative manner to develop value propositions that cater totheir needs with the goal of increasing volume for existing clients and acquiring volumefor new customers
  • Respond to incoming calls/emails and ensure the delivery of outstanding customer
    experience
  • Identify the customers shipping profile to secure their business or alternatively referthe lead to the appropriate channel.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Fluency in the Norwegian language at an advanced C1C2 level and proficiency in English at a minimum of B2 level
  • Proven track record of sales success preferably in a B2B environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency in sales negotiation and closing techniques
  • Goaloriented with a strong focus on achieving targets and contributing to businessgrowth
  • Ability to understand and share the feelings of customers seeking assistance and
    remedies
  • Competence in using Microsoft office and CRM software
