Customer Support in Polish - Online Fashion Shop

• Working schedule: MondaySunday 7:0019:00 (5 days/week 40h/week 8h/day (1h lunch break) full time)

As a Customer Support you will:

• Listening to customers questions and concerns providing the best possible answers and solutions
  
• Maintain solid customer relationships by handling their inquiries and concerns (Troubleshooting regarding orders deliveries payments and returns)
  
• Be knowledgeable about given offer and providing the fashion product information
  
• Answer delivery questions like: I was expecting my order yesterday but I have no news yet on the status of my issue
  

Requisitos

• Fluency in Polish (C2 native)
  
• Communicative English level
  
• We do NOT require previous experience training is provided
