Job Description
Our client is hiring a passionate. energetic and knowledgeable Customer Service Representative / Inside Sales to join their Milton team! Our client is a progressive innovative and growing coffee distributor with showroom providing the finest coffee equipment espresso machines and accessories with a strong focus on quality resulting in many raving fans!
This is a fulltime position with significant growth opportunities within a positive company culture. Experience and/or knowledge in the specialty coffee space particularly with machines is required to be considered. (i.e. Espresso machine enthusiast)
Rate of Pay:
$20.00 $25.00 per hour. There is significant longterm earnings potential for an exceptional candidate.

Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday: 9:00am 5:00pm
Saturday: 11:00am 4:00pm
Total Hours: 45 hours per week
Possible option for a 37 hour work week with 4 days during the week but Saturday would be required.

Responsibilities
- Answering inbound sales related phone calls emails or webchat conversations.
- Providing exceptional customer service and followup with excellent phone or inperson mannerisms and professionalism.
- Greeting guests as they enter the store location / showroom and demonstrating the machines to prospective buyers.
- Handling instore transactions including cash and debit/credit.
- Assistance with other tasks during busy times as required.
Requirements
- A love for coffee and being a specialty coffee enthusiast is required.
- Have worked in the coffee industry or with coffeerelated products in the past is an asset.
- You are a great communicator and enjoy being around people.
- You are looking to grow within a progressive organization with longterm career opportunities.
- You have experience handling cash and other transactions.
