Our client is seeking Sales Support to support their sales team in managing preapproval prospects cultivating relationships with realtors and ensuring smooth processing of loans. The ideal candidate will be organized detailoriented and able to multitask effectively. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members and external partners.

Employment type: Indefinite term type contract
Shift: Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm EST
Work setup: Onsite Bogot and Medellin
What do you need to succeed
- Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role preferably in the mortgage or real estate industry.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Knowledge of mortgage processing and underwriting procedures is a plus.

- Track and follow up with preapproval prospects.
- Report and track KPIs for prospective clients.
- Gather documents from clients.
- Follow up with realtors and maintain records of referral sources including scheduling meetings and lunches.
- Cultivate relationships with existing and new realtors through email followup marketing.
- Move active files into processing including running automated underwriting generating disclosures and verifying income credit and assets.
- Assist in processing mortgage applications.
- Restructure loans as necessary.
- Answer calls and respond to customer emails related to loan processing.
- Manage owners pipeline of customers ensuring dates are met and loan locks are maintained.
- Develop business by organizing events scheduling appointments with realtors and managing relationships with referral sources while keeping owners organized with sales activities and loan volume.
- Track referral sources to measure effectiveness.
- Identify market opportunities for business growth.
