Job Title: SpanishSpeaking Retention Agent (FX Company)

Location: Colombia (Must be based in Colombia)

Job Description:

As a Spanishspeaking Retention Agent for our regulated FX (Foreign Exchange) company

based in Colombia your primary responsibility will be to engage with existing clients to enhance

their satisfaction and loyalty to our platform. You will play a crucial role in retaining clients and

fostering longterm relationships.

Responsibilities:

Proactively engage with existing clients via phone calls emails and othercommunication channels in Spanish to understand their needs concerns and tradingpreferences.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries resolving issuesand guiding clients through our platform's features and services.

Build rapport and trust with clients through personalized interactions demonstratingempathy professionalism and product knowledge.

Implement retention strategies and initiatives to minimize client churn and maximizeclient lifetime value.

Educate clients on market trends trading strategies and risk management techniques tohelp them make informed decisions.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns andpromotions aimed at retaining clients and encouraging active trading.

Monitor client trading activity and behavior to identify potential retention opportunities orred flags.

Document client interactions feedback and resolutions accurately in the company'sCRM system.

Stay updated on industry regulations market developments and company policies toensure compliance and adherence to standards.

Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment sharing insights bestpractices and feedback with colleagues.

Requirements:

Fluency in Spanish

Prior experience in customer service retention or sales roles within the financialservices industry preferably in FX trading or brokerage.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate and buildrelationships with diverse clients.

Knowledge of financial markets trading instruments and FX trading platforms isdesirable.

Excellent problemsolving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment. Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and industry trends. Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed. Bachelor's degree in finance business economics or a related field is preferred.
