• Shift: Mon Fri 08:00 AM To 05:00 PM
  
• Work Setup: Onsite Ortigas
  

• Issue receipts to customers
  
• Allocate customer payments from bank statements
  
• Allocate credit notes
  
• Send out customers statements through the automated system
  
• Send out overdue letters through the automated system
  
• Respond to customers replies to the statements and overdue letters and escalate to the Credit Manager when needed
  
• Assist the Credit Officers & the Credit Manager
  
• Perform other assigned tasks
  

• Minimum of 5 years of credit collection experience
  
• Excellent communication skills
  
• Expertise in reconciliation
  
• Ability to work quickly and effectively through debtor s ledger while identifying issues delaying payments and resolving or escalating appropriately
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
  
• Experience in using accounting software applications
  
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks
  
• Adherence to a high level of accuracy with keen attention to detail
