Customer Engagement Associate

Were looking for a creative and dedicated individual to join our Marketing team as a Customer Engagement Associate. This role is at the heart of our efforts to find the best ways to engage and build relationship with our customers on the different channels they exist. Youll be the voice of Famasi managing our social media presence and ensuring our communitys growth aligns with our mission to make medications simpler for everyone starting with access.

Your Responsibilities:

• Engage our audience across social media platforms as part of a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance our brand presence.
  
• Craft compelling content that educates entertains and informs our community driving engagement and loyalty.
  
• Monitor moderate and respond to community requests & feedback to ensure a positive and supportive online environment.
  
• Collaborate with other members of the marketing team to coordinate campaigns and initiatives that align with broader company goals.
  
• Analyse and report on social media and community engagement metrics using insights to guide future strategy.
  
• Leverage relevant trends & opportunities to drive engagement with customers and community.
  

Please note: This is a hybrid role where youre required to be onsite everyday in your first month & 2 days weekly afterwards. While its not required its a bonus if you live around Lekki and theres accommodation to reduce the stress of commute if interested.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media and community engagement.
  
• Extremely clear writing and communication skills with the ability to adapt your tone for different platforms and audiences.
  
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  
• A passion for healthcare and a commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of others.
  
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools and proficiency in leveraging data to inform decisionmaking.
