Job Description

Job Summary
As a Presales Consultant you will be the cornerstone of our client engagement efforts expertly blending technical acumen with strategic sales approaches. Youll work closely with potential clients to understand their unique cybersecurity challenges crafting and presenting customized solutions that demonstrate the value and effectiveness of our client services. Your role will be critical in translating complex technical features into clear compelling benefits fostering trust and laying the groundwork for successful partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
Engage with potential clients to deeply understand their cybersecurity needs challenges and objectives.
Develop and present tailored presentations and demonstrations of our client services emphasizing their fit and value to each clients specific requirements.
Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to design comprehensive endtoend security solutions that align with client needs.
Provide expert responses to technical and securityrelated inquiries during the sales process effectively communicating capabilities and advantages.
Stay abreast of industry trends threats and opportunities ensuring our client solutions are presented ahead of the curve and topoftheline.
Assist in the preparation of proposals quotes and responses to RFPs/RFIs ensuring accuracy and alignment with clients expectations and requirements.
Facilitate the smooth transition of new clients to the implementation team ensuring a clear understanding of client needs and expectations.
Technical Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the companys products services and solutions. Stay current with industry trends and technological advancements.
Customer Needs Assessment: Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and pain points. Conduct indepth discussions with potential customers to uncover their technical challenges.
Solution Design: Work closely with the sales team to design and propose technical solutions that address customer needs. Tailor solutions to meet specific customer requirements.
Crossfunctional Collaboration: Work closely with sales product management engineering and support teams to ensure proposed demo assets reflect current and future capabilities.
Demo Implementation and Maintenance: Assist with the technical aspects of demo environment implementation including troubleshooting customization and optimization to optimize the demo assets.
Training and Documentation: Provide regular updates on demo assets and create documentation for customers partners and internal teams on solution configurations and best practices.
Proof of Concept (PoC): If necessary assist and manage proof of concept projects to validate the proposed solutions and demonstrate platform effectiveness.
Feedback Loop: Gather feedback from customers and internal teams to recommend improvements to products and processes.


Requirements

Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Cybersecurity or a related field.
Proven experience in a presales sales engineering or technical consulting role for at least 7 years
Strong technical knowledge in Data Governance and Data Privacy is preferable.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple understandable language for nontechnical stakeholders.
Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts practices and solutions ideally with a focus on Data Security MSSP services fraud protection and cyber intelligence.
Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex technical ideas in simple terms.
Demonstrated ability to build relationships understand client needs and develop tailored solutions.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Familiarity understanding and experience with different types of DBMS such as relational (e.g. PostgreSQL MySQL) NoSQL (e.g. MongoDB Cassandra) and new SQL databases.
Familiarity with cyber defense methodologies is a plus.
