Job Description

Job Summary
The Technical Assistant will provide the Managing Director with highlevel administrative and technical support. The ideal candidate will be organized detailoriented and capable of handling a wide range of responsibilities with discretion and professionalism. This role requires exceptional communication skills the ability to prioritize tasks and a proactive approach to problemsolving.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and distribute reports presentations and meeting materials.
  • Provide technical assistance and support to the MD in managing aspects of business subsidiaries.
  • Stay updated on industry trends regulations and technological advancements in all business units.
  • Take minutes during meetings attended with the MD.
  • Conduct research and gather information on specific topics as directed.
  • Provide summarized reports and analysis to assist in decisionmaking.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.
  • Proactively identify and address issues before it gets to the MD attention.
  • Provide additional support and assistance on special projects or tasks as required.

Requirements

  • A bachelor s degree in any Engineering field but preferably mechanical/electrical.
  • The candidate should possess 3 5 years of experience in the oil and Gas field/Power sector.
  • The candidate should have the required years of experience as a Technical/Project Assistant in the Oil and Gas/Power Industry.
  • Being certified in project management is an added advantage.
  • Having an MBA or master s is also an advantage.
  • The candidate should be willing to travel.
Skills:
  • Excellent use of MS Office suite including PowerPoint Excel and Word.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
Technical Skills:
  • Possess a strong understanding of technical concepts and terminology relevant to the oil and gas sector/ Energy Sector.
  • Ability to carry out adequate research and gather technical data.
  • Project management.
  • Problemsolving skills.
  • Documentation and reporting.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Organization and time management.
Gender Preferably Male Candidate.
Age Preference Late 20s to early 30s

Location Lekki Phase 1 Lagos Island Lagos State Nigeria.
Work Mode Onsite (MonFri)
