Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in product management in tourism ecommerce and logistics;
- Demonstrated expertise in software development at an advanced level with proven achievements in launching successful products;
- The position involves both business analysis and project management responsibilities;
- Demonstrated proactive and motivated attitude towards software development;
- Extensive familiarity with agile/lean methodologies;
- Proficiency in the English language;
- Substantial handson experience utilizing collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence along with expertise in building effective flows;
- Ability to think creatively and concentrate on delivering practical solutions tailored to user needs.
Advantages:
- Agile certifications in Project management PSPO or CPO;
- Degree or equivalent education preferably in Computer Science Social Sciences or Economics;
- Fluent German;
- Software development background.
Responsibilities:
- Engage proactively at all stages of the product development cycle;
- Contribute to a crossfunctional agile team responsible for core domains of the platform;
- Arrange and facilitate product development sessions;
- Assume responsibility for product documentation oversight and ensure its continued relevance;
- Foster customercentric and datadriven development of your products collaborating closely with stakeholders logistics experts UX designers and business professionals;
- Manage the prioritization of your product backlog and outline future objectives within your area of expertise;
- Coordinate and execute valuedriven increments alongside your team architects and other collaborating teams.
