Vice President of Investor Relations

Destinus is seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as the Vice President of Investor Relations. This role requires expertise in fundraising investor relationship management and reporting.

Tasks

Conduct market analysis and study industry deals

Identify new methods for investor identification and collaborate with data analysts

Source investors through both warm and cold outreach

Prepare investment materials such as financial models decks and other presentation materials; manage data room and access

Manage the CRM system

Prepare shareholder meetings

Develop quarterly and interim investor updates (in ollaboraiton with legal and senior management teams; core engineering temas)

Work with PR and GR teams on agenda and marketing message formation

Respond to investor inquiries and fulfill audit requests

Cultivate relationships with existing investors and support groups

Pitch to potential investors

Oversee due diligence processes

Prepare for road shows

Participate in relevant industry events

Coordinate with investment banks advisors and consultants assisting with fundraising

Conditions:

Location: Preferably Madrid or Paris with a preference for Paris

Total annual remuneration: 200000 split between equity and cash components.

Requirements

Proven experience in fundraising preferably in investment banks or startups

Background in investment banking or consulting with preference given to candidates from reputable firms

Demonstrated ability to navigate major life changes and adapt quickly to new environments

Comfortable working under pressure in ambiguous situations with a proactive doer attitude

Proficiency in English is mandatory; fluency in French or Spanish is advantageous

Education is flexible; however candidates with backgrounds in engineering or aerospace are desirable

Willingness to travel extensively
