Control Panel Builder

• Design develop and implement mechanical solutions and applications in accordance with appropriate industry standards and under the review of a fellow engineer.
  
• Conduct mechanical evaluations with customers to understand the project goals and make recommendations to the engineering team.
  
• Perform prototyping application tests and code reviews to ensure the solution is working correctly.
  
• Provide ongoing technical support including responding to customer issues Work with the team to carry out fault finding investigation repairs and modifications to the conveyance and supply systems to ensure the reliability of all equipment.
  
• Under supervision undertake various systemrelated projects to improve reliability and efficiency of supply and by the appropriate industry standards.
  
• Design develop and implement 3D mechanical drawings and models for companys products and services by appropriate industry standards and under the review of a fellow engineer.
  
• Creates BOM for existing and new products.
  
• Perform mechanical studies to propose packing methods materials and shipping.
  
• Design templates fixtures and devices to efficient existing manufacturing process.
  
• Design manufacturing routings for existing and new products.
  
• Familiar with PLM (Product Life Management) Agile Windchill. DocStar or similar
  

• Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  
• Ideally will be knowledgeable of the
  
• power industry.
  
• Experience in engineering construction or project delivery would be beneficial.
  

• Prefer one to two years of experience in 3D modeling and/or in the mechanical/industrial field.
  
• Microsoft Office SolidWorks basics of testing/design software and customer relations.
  

• Working knowledge in MS Office with a strong grasp of Excel.
  
• Become familiar with the various engineering software names that are used.
  

• Good written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Strong interpersonal skills.
  
• Willingness to travel.
  
• Attention to details.
  
• Customer relations experience within critical power i.e.) Telecomm data center financial transportation or healthcare environment. Our customers operate in missioncritical facilities.
