Job Description

Job Summary:.

  • Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and nurture strong relationships with IT clients to understand their technology needs and business objectives.
    • Act as the main point of contact for IT clients addressing queries and concerns effectively.
  • Sales Presentations:

    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations highlighting the features and benefits of our IT products and services.
    • Customize presentations to address specific technical requirements and showcase the value proposition.
  • Proposal Development:

    • Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to create persuasive proposals for IT solutions.
    • Ensure proposals align with client expectations and demonstrate a clear understanding of their IT needs.
  • Negotiation and Closure:

    • Engage in effective negotiations to address technical concerns and objections within the IT domain.
    • Close deals achieving or exceeding sales targets for IT products and services.
  • Market Research:

    • Stay informed about IT industry trends competitor activities and emerging technologies.
    • Use market insights to identify new business opportunities within the IT sector.
  • Reporting:

    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities within the IT domain and update the CRM system regularly.
    • Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance and progress in IT business development.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Executive within the IT industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to convey technical information to nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities within the IT domain.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced IT environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with lead generation tools and techniques within the IT sector.
  • Previous success in achieving and exceeding sales targets for IT products and services.
