We are hiring a Clinical Nurse Manager II Anaesthetics & Recovery to a leading private hospital in Dublin Ireland. We will provide exceptional patient care in an environment where quality respect caring and compassion are at the center of all we do.
Responsibilities
- Manage the Unit/Ward taking responsibility for the safe delivery and coordination of nursing services for patients ensuring effective efficient and quality specialist nursing care services.
- Plan develop and monitor human and budget resource plans to ensure an effective and efficient service.
- Ensure that nursing care is based on the latest research findings and constitutes best practice.
- Provide clinical and management leadership for Staff Nurses and ensure an effective learning environment for the multidisciplinary team and taking an active part in the delivery of care as appropriate.
- Promote an environment that is conducive to the development of best practice enhances staff retention and promotes good industrial relations.
Requirements
- Be on the live register with NMBI.
- Minimum of 5 years postregistration experience.
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
- A minimum of two years at least after registration in a treatment field related to Anaesthetics and Recovery
- Capabilities in management and leadership.
