Monday to Friday early shifts

Teamworx is working with an awardwinning highend retail convenience supermarket group with 10 retail stores around Dublin. They are looking to hire a Deli Manager for one of their busy convenience supermarket retail shops in a prime location of Dublin 2 accessible by all modes of transport. A friendly customer serviceoriented person would be ideal for this job. A background in supervising or managing a busy Cafe deli or Catering environment would be considered to service mainly an office worker clientele.

As the Deli Manager you will be responsible for the presentation and standards of the deli ordering stock from suppliers supervising and training a team of 10 people and controlling HACCP for the department.

• Previous management experience working with fresh food such as controlling the waste rotation of stock stock inventory management ordering and driving sales
  
• Can demonstrate the ability to organize plan and complete work within an agreed deadline
  
• A background in hospitality catering cafe restaurant or another busy deli
  
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
  
• Be able to work both in a team and own initiative
  
• A strong understanding of food safety and HACCP knowledge
  

• Oversee the running of the bakery coffee dock and deli itself
  
• Responsible for 810 staff members planning out their workload directing work and ensuring tasks are completed correctly
  
• Stock ordering and control of proper ordering
  
• Ensure the proper management of hygiene and HACCP records
  
• Ensure the standards are maintained.
  
• Supporting your team with coaching and training
