junior trading operations expert (f/m/x) who wants to design the best customer experience with our asset optimizers and software engineers. Within the team you will learn everything and more about power markets and algorithmic trading.

• are the first point of contact for existing customers
• take part in the onboarding of new customers
• make sure power is flowing the right way and all posttrade processes are working
• lead the registration process and technical setup in new markets
• coordinate with other internal communities (asset optimisation IT finance) to create the best customer experience
• optimise and automate processes
• and discover and eliminate operational risk.

Requirements
