we are looking for dynamic and experienced head of IT (f/m/x) . You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless functioning of our IT infrastructure and driving the strategic vision for technology within the company.

as a leader of our handpicked team of experts you

• develop and implement IT strategies aligned with the companys goals and objectives
• oversee the design implementation and maintenance of the companys IT infrastructure including cloud infrastructure ITsecurity and software systems
• provide guidance and support to our IT & cloud community
• are an important sparring partner and advisor for CLevel for all IT & cloud relevant topics
• lead and manage the IT team providing mentorship training and performance evaluations
• collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide effective solutions
• establish processes and Implement fitting tools
• understand future needs to align data processes and requirements for the next phase and
• develop and enforce IT policies procedures and standards to ensure compliance and security.

Requirements

• have at least 10 years of experience in IT
• are experienced in strategic planning and execution of IT initiatives
• have at least 5 years of experience in leading teams
• have excellent knowledge of AWS related services & technologies and their applications. (ECS RDS IAM VPC Lambda CloudWatch )
• have a solid understanding of shell scripting and Python
• have a deep understanding of current and emerging technologies
• are fluently speaking English German Is a plus
• have strong analytical skills to identify issues and develop effective solutions and
• are a curious person with a good sense of humour.
