We are excited to announce that we are in search of a hardworking and experienced candidate to join us as an Independent Direct Sales Representative. We are part of the booming Personal Development and Leadership Development industry and our products (seminars webinars streams live events) have won awards around the world.
As a Direct Sales Representative you will be responsible for finding out prospective customers and closing the sales. Moreover you should have detailed information on the products and services offered by the company.
To perform this independent role you should have excellent people skills and the ability to work under zero supervision. You should also possess an outstanding organizational skills and good networking skills as well.

Responsibilities
- Presenting the products and services to the customers.
- Identifying the potential customers via lead generators and templates. We only call back those who apply to receive more information. No cold calling.
- Understanding the current market potentials.
- Attend weekly meetings via zoom.
- Use our products yourself in Personal and Leadership Development so that you are a product of the products we have to offer on a global level.
Requirements
- At least three years experience working with customers.
- Working experience as a Direct Sales Representative or a similar role in the Sales department.
- A proven track of sales record will be advantageous.
- Good networking and people skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to offer excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to manage time efficiently.
- Ability to build a professional network.
- Active listening skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize them.
