We are currently looking for a Bilingual (SpanishEnglish) Loan Officer Assistant with 35 years of experience. Here you will utilize EnCompass to manage loan applications ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Additionally you will provide comprehensive support to clients guiding them through the loan process and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.

• Fluency in Spanish and proficiency in English.
  
• 35 years of experience as a loan officer.
  
• 2 Years Customer service. The role involves daily phone interactions including followup calls with potential borrowers document collection calls and communication with realtors as needed. Strong phone communication skills are a must.
  
• Proficiency in EnCompass and other relevant loan management systems.
  
• Demonstrated experience in clientfacing roles within the loan industry.
  
• Ability to integrate technology solutions to optimize loan processes.
  
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Adaptable to evolving regulatory requirements and industry trends.
  
• Comfortable working in a fastpaced environment with tight deadlines.
