This is a remote position.
Your IT Recruiter is looking for a ServiceNow Developer for our client.
We are looking for an innovative and dynamic ServiceNow Developer to join our IT team. You will take part in the configuration of our ServiceNow platform to ensure it meets the needs of our users and help manage the platform for stability. This role requires an organized selfdriven person who can thrive working alone or in a team and can quickly adjust to changing priorities. The ideal candidate should possess both independent and collaborative working abilities. Night and weekend hours may be required.
ServiceNow Developer Duties and Responsibilities:
- Platform O&M / Platform Performance and Stability
- Family Upgrades and Patching
- Maintain and create Operational KBAs
- MID Server Management
- Agile Stories and Development
- Platform support oncall (after hours support)
- Debugging and fixing technical problems
- Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements
Requirements
ServiceNow Developer Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in computer science information technology computer information systems or a similar field
- 3 years of working with ServiceNow
- Proficiency with ServiceNow development such as scripting workflows and integrations.
- JavaScript
- DevOps
- Agile development practices
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification is a plus
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Flexible schedule
- A systems engineering or developer background with the ability to learn quickly and share your knowledge with the broader team
- A mindset to automate everything

Basic Qualifications : BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent STEM field rom an accredited college in a related discipline, with 5 years of professional experience; or 3 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Academic or professional experience using Java, C, C++, C#, Python, or similar programming languages Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance Desired skills : Working on cross-functional teams (Hardware, Software, Integration/Test). FACE, Data Modelling and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) - Cameo or Rhapsody, SysML, DOORS, ICD/IRD/IDD. Design Assurance, System Verification, Integration & Test - test documentation and conduct, troubleshooting hardware/software. Strong verbal and written communication. Familiarity or Experience with any of the following: o Data Modeling o SWF/DDE o CPL and UoP development, FACE o Cockpit Avionics, DO-178 o Air Data Computer, AHRS Integration, Civil FMS
