About the Role: HR Business Partner (HRBP)

As an HR Business Partner (HRBP) at GRE Renew Enertech Private Limited you will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders driving HR initiatives that align with organizational goals and objectives. You will be responsible for fostering a positive work culture enhancing employee engagement and supporting the companys growth and success in the LED Lighting Solar Lighting General Lighting and Power Products industry. To provide clarity on expectations we have outlined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) tailored to the unique demands of HRBP in this industry.

Functional Parameters (Pick Any Five):

  1. Strategic Alignment:

Target: Ensure HR strategies and initiatives are aligned with GRE Renew Enertechs overall business goals and objectives.

  1. Talent Acquisition and Retention:

Target: Develop effective talent acquisition and retention strategies aiming to attract and retain top talent critical to the success of the organization.

  1. Employee Engagement:

Target: Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement aiming to improve employee satisfaction and retention rates.

  1. Performance Management:

Target: Develop and implement performance management processes to drive employee performance and development.

  1. Succession Planning:

Target: Establish succession planning processes to identify and develop highpotential employees for future leadership roles.

  1. Training and Development:

Target: Develop training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities aligning with organizational needs.

  1. Change Management:

Target: Lead change management initiatives ensuring smooth transitions during organizational changes and transformations.

  1. Employee Relations:

Target: Manage employee relations issues effectively aiming to resolve conflicts and maintain a positive work environment.

  1. Diversity Initiatives:

Target: Promote diversity initiatives aiming to create an inclusive workplace culture where all employees feel valued and respected.

  1. HR Metrics and Analytics:

Target: Track and analyse HR metrics such as turnover rate absenteeism and employee satisfaction using data to inform decisionmaking and improve HR practices.
