RPA Operational Specialist

• Experience in architecting designing and maintaining automation solutions using UiPath.

• A Bachelors degree in Engineering preferably Computer Science or Information Technology
• Must have 4 years of Development experience
• Must have 2 year of UiPath experience
• Must have 3 years of RPA solution architecture and design experience
• Experience of working within an agile continuous integration environment
• Ability to understand the business process and create process flow and architecture diagrams
• Lead engineers to implement and manage RPA infrastructure
• Good understanding of Process Design documents technical design documents within the automation space
• Ability to lead a team of developers and testers and implement automation solutions independently
• UiPath Certification

• Serve as the technical point of contact for UiPath solutions for various RPA engagements and provide support for Center of Excellence RPA tools and infrastructure
• Accountable for the overall technical architecture of the RPA product family ensuring operational excellence security performance efficiency cost optimization and reliability in all architectures.
• Assess automation opportunity from technical perspective and perform due diligence to arrive at an optimal solution.
• Taking business requirements current and future state process designs and translating them into robotic solution using core workflow principles that are efficient well structured maintainable and easy to understand.
• Support UAT and rollout phases.
• Work within project planning constraints communicating any identified project risks and issues to the project manager accordingly and providing inputs to the change control process.
• Resolve defects and other performance problems discovered in testing.
• Support issue resolution that arise in day to day running of RPA processes and provide timely responses and solutions as required.
• Identify and communicate the technical infrastructure requirements.
• Evaluate RPA and AI tools and provide recommendations
• Coordinate (Onshore/Offshore) teams and manage timely delivery
• Mentor colleagues through the RPA training and accreditation program providing advice and guidance on best practice and development techniques.
• Support the creation of process maps and Process Design Documents (PDDs) for hand to RPA development team for automation of processes and support the development team as needed to ensure successful deployment
• Must be available to work US Eastern hours MondayFriday (ending no earlier than 4pm) throughout the year
