Job Description
Job Title: Parts Advisor Car Dealership
Location: Portadown BT62 3RB
Salary: Basic Salary between(depending on experience) annual bonus of up to 4800
Full Time and Permanent Monday Friday 8.30am 5.30pm and alternate Saturdays (9 am 1pm)
Our client is one of the largest and fastestgrowing motor retailers. They represent major global franchises from various locations in Northern Ireland.
They are now actively looking to recruit a Parts Advisor for their Car Dealership in Portadown.
THE ROLE
As a Parts Advisor you will provide excellent service to our clients internal and external customers on a daily basis and in a timely manner.
The role involves:
- Selling parts to internal & external customers to achieve to the agreed targets.
- Optimising sales opportunities.
- Ordertaking via the telephone email and facetoface.
- Order picking.
- Carrying out daily / weekly stock checking.
- Systematically arranging the parts in the stock room.
- Assisting with the prepicking of parts for the service workshop team.
- Delivering parts to trade customers.

Requirements
THE PERSON
- The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator and have a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- It is essential for the successful candidate to have a valid clean driving license as you may on occasion be required to deliver parts to our customers.
- Preference will be given to applicants with 23 years of previous experience in a similar role within the motor industry. We may however consider applicants with previous customerfacing experience from other industries who have knowledge / an interest in vehicle layout function and location of required parts for service and common repairs.
- Preference will be given to those applicants with a valid forklift license.
- The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator and have a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
