Job Opportunity: People Manager

Were seeking an exceptional People Manager who sits at the intersection of recruitment and people management. As the leader of this department you will work directly with the COO to sculpt the best processes and company culture possible at SolarMente. This is not just a job; its an opportunity to shape the heart and soul of our rapidly growing startup.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in HR preferably in startup environments as well as corporate settings.
• Expertise in recruitment headhunting and talent acquisition is a plus
• Skilled in organising team events and building company culture.
• Bachelors in Human Resources Business Psychology or related fields is a plus but we value talent from all walks of life and encourage them to apply if they have relevant experience and motivation
• Fluent in Spanish; proficient in English (minimum B1).
