Responsibilities:• Sandwich Preparation:• Master the art of building visually appealing and delicious sandwiches using a variety of breads, fillings, and toppings.• Grill, toast, or prepare bread products according to specifications.• Portion and layer ingredients accurately and creatively.• Adhere to portion control measures and ensure consistency in flavor and presentation.• Experiment with new flavor combinations and ingredient pairings while maintaining menu standards.• Beverage Preparation:• Prepare a variety of hot and cold beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.• Operate espresso machines, blenders, and other beverage equipment safely and efficiently.• Maintain a clean and organized beverage station.• Upsell additional drink options to customers in a professional and friendly manner.• Station Maintenance:• Keep your station clean and well-organized throughout service.• Regularly rotate and replenish ingredients to ensure freshness.• Maintain and clean all equipment used for sandwich preparation and beverage service.• Report any equipment issues or safety hazards to a supervisor.• Teamwork and Communication:• Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.• Communicate order specifications clearly and accurately.• Assist colleagues with other tasks as needed to maintain overall kitchen performance.• Maintain a positive and professional attitude within the team.Requirements:• Minimum 2 years of experience working as a cook or in a similar kitchen role.• Strong knowledge of sandwich preparation techniques and various fillings and toppings.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.• Excellent time management and organizational skills.• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.• Proficient in English language skills are a plus.• Food safety and hygiene certification preferred.• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a passion for creating delicious food and drinks!• WORKING HOURS 8HRS+1HR BREAK, 6DAYS+1DAY BREAK• Preferred nationality: Filipino Male & Female Age 30-35yrs
