Role and Responsibilities:
As a Fresher Customer Support you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of worldclass services to customers understanding their needs and providing solutions through the financial products offered by the company. Primary responsibilities include continuous customer engagement accurate call handling resolution of customer queries and complaints promotion of digital banking services customer profiling for crossservicing complaint logging and resolution customer retention sales and crossselling of products and ensuring adherence to quality benchmarks and processes.
Candidate Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelors or Masters Degree in BFSI/Insurance with 0 to 1 year of experience in a sales role within the BFSI industry.
