Position Name: Associate ETS Business Manager

Job Brief:
This is a role for an experienced candidate with a deep understanding of the employee transport business and a large network of vendors supervisors & transport managers. Someone who has great communication skills negotiation abilities and alluring charisma. Someone experienced in the B2B sales process and unafraid of legwork.
About the firm:
NVS Travel Solutions is a 17yearold firm that provides mobility services pan India. In 2023 NVS has scaled to an owned fleet size of 900 vehicles and also has its own inhouse tech team which has been building software solutions for the transport industry for the last 4 years making the future of this firm bright and greener.
Job Responsibilities:
Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):
  • Performing ground study
  • Managing E2E Sales
  • Sales to Operations Handover
  • Collecting Client CSAT & testimonials

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Total Revenue added/month

Job Compensation:
  • Package of 10 lakhs per annum
  • Fixed 6 lakhs per annum
  • Variable 1.2 to 4 lakhs per annum

Sales Targets & incentives:

Quarterly Target (LOW) 15Lakhs/month (MEDIUM) 20 Lakhs/Month (HIGH) 25 Lakhs/Month
Quarterly Incentives (LOW) 30000 (MEDIUM) 40000 (HIGH) 50000
Annual Targets (LOW) 60Lakhs/Month (MEDIUM) 80Lakhs/Month (HIGH) 1Crore/Month
Annual Incentives (LOW) 0 (Medium) 80000 (HIGH) 200000


PreRequisites:(Interview Criterion)
  • Prior Experience Managing ETS operations.
  • Prior Experience in Business Development for Employee Transport Service.
  • Great written and oral communication skills.
