Weve recently set up a new team in Sydney with a dedicated Country Manager and cross functional support based locally as well as in Singapore. We previously ran a successful thirdparty distribution model but now its time to have Oatly people doing Oatly things in a uniquely Oatly way. We are now looking for someone special to lead and step change our strategically important Retail channel here in Australia and help us to our goal is triple the numbers in the next three years. We have world class ambitions & we are only just getting started!

This is a key role reporting directly into the Country Manager and will take full responsibility of the commercial trading relationships for Woolworths Coles Costco Metcash IGAs Harris Farms as well as acquiring new business.

Your responsibilities as our NBM:

• Be involved in taking the lead on internal projects contributing to Oatlys strategic vision locally & globally as well as continuing to build strong trusting multifunctional relationships internally and externally.
• Develop & execute exceptional JBPs that help deliver against company targets goals and objectives.
• Cocreate negotiate & execute game changing NPD launches with sustainable longterm commercials.
• Seek out profitable and viable white space opportunities in existing and new businesses.
• Provide accurate commercial & volume forecasts to the business. World class account management and become an expert on the PlantBased category.
• Collaborate motivate help & learn from the Oatly team here in Australia and globally.

ARE YOU THE OATSOME PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• To be successful in this role you have 5 years commercial experience preferably within FMCG/Retail/SME/F&B.
• Have strong commercial financial and account management capabilities.
• Experience working directly with Woolworths/Coles JBPs P&Ls & Systems.
• Talented negotiator with proven success behind NPD CPIs and/or JBPs
• Tenacious and resourceful with high resilience a selfstarter and motivator.
• Leader without an ego that thrives working as part of a team.
• Able to fly solo just fine but you know youre a part of something bigger.
