International Inside Sales Representative mfd

As part of our defined company growth targets we are looking for an International Inside Sales Representative (m/f/d) for France in Bucharest.
You will be part of the Shared BackOffice Center created in Romania that provides support for other EU subsidiaries in terms of Inside Sales responsibilities.

Tasks

• Paper 2 EDI process management (semiautomatic ordering tool)
• Creating orders in SAP according to specified standards/systems
• Creating and entering quotations in SAP
• Customer Master Data: creating and modifying accounts in the system pricingconditions etc.
• Close cooperation with the French team (internal sales and outside sales)

Requirements

• Very good knowledge in French English as well as Romanian German is a plus.
• SAP knowledge (not mandatory)
• Good attitude flexibility and adaptability
• Ability to work in a fast paced team
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in Back Office and working with different systems (ERP CRM Outlook etc.) and ordering automation tools.
