Job Description

Do you speak Croatian and Slovenian and English fluently Are you resident in or willing to relocate to Romania

Were partnering with a leading BPO company to find a talented Customer Support Agent to join their remote team in Romania!

Location: Remote Romania (Relocation support and accomodation available)

Employment type: Fulltime

Remuneration: Base salary performance bonuses.

Tasks

  • Respond to customers incoming calls and emails regarding their electronic equipement
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional technical customer support
  • Answer customers questions handle customer complaints provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Identify when the issue should be reassigned to another department or more senior representative
  • Keep records of customer interactions comments and complaints and in line with internal procedures
  • Keep uptodate with procedures guides and manuals which will help you in contact with customers as well as to understand the product supported

Requirements

  • Based in or willingness to move to Romania within a short notice
  • Professionally fluent in Croatian and Slovenian both oral and written. Fluency in the other languages like Macedonian will be considered a huge advantage
  • Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
  • Computer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office package
  • A strong working capacity with general office tools
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision and in timely manner
  • Ability to work independently while being a team player at the same time
  • Customeroriented role experience will be considered as an advantage
  • Academic degree will be considered as an advantage
