The role will combine a casework- based approach with delivery of programmes and courses, along with a signposting and advice service for the women in custody and their families.

You will build strong relationships with Probation Practitioners to ensure referrals to further family support via the Probation Women’s Services providers are made pre-release to support a seamless handover.This, together with referrals to wider partner organisations in the community, will ensure additional support needs are addressed post-release and continuity of support exists.
