We are seeking a highly skilled AR Technical Lead to join our team. As an AR Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading the development of AR projects, managing the team of developers, and collaborating with other teams to deliver high-quality AR experiences. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of AR technologies and be able to provide technical direction to the team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of AR projects from concept to delivery
- Manage a team of AR developers
- Collaborate with designers, artists, and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality AR experiences
- Provide technical direction to the team and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards
- Conduct code reviews and perform quality assurance on AR projects
- Identify and address technical issues that may arise during development
- Stay up-to-date with the latest AR technologies and trends
- Mentor and train junior members of the team
- Develop AR prototypes and proof of concepts to showcase new ideas

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of experience in AR development
- Strong understanding of AR frameworks such as ARKit, ARCore, Vuforia, or similar
- Experience with Unity or other game engines
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, C#, or Swift
- Experience with 3D graphics and visualization
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
