• Lead the development of AR projects from concept to delivery
  
• Manage a team of AR developers
  
• Collaborate with designers, artists, and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality AR experiences
  
• Provide technical direction to the team and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards
  
• Conduct code reviews and perform quality assurance on AR projects
  
• Identify and address technical issues that may arise during development
  
• Stay up-to-date with the latest AR technologies and trends
  
• Mentor and train junior members of the team
  
• Develop AR prototypes and proof of concepts to showcase new ideas

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
  
• 5+ years of experience in AR development
  
• Strong understanding of AR frameworks such as ARKit, ARCore, Vuforia, or similar
  
• Experience with Unity or other game engines
  
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, C#, or Swift
  
• Experience with 3D graphics and visualization
  
• Strong leadership and project management skills
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
