Job Description

At Ninetailed were on a mission to help the worlds best brands create digital experiences that help them connect with their customers. As the first composable experimentation and personalization solution were uniquely positioned to serve marketing product and engineering teams who value the speed and flexibility that comes with modern APIfirst platforms. Companies like Personio Ruggable and Affirm are already relying on Ninetailed to improve their customer experience and online engagement.

Were looking for an entrepreneurial seller whos excited about making an impact in an earlystage startup with a promising growth trajectory. You will be joining Ninetailed at the right time. Since being founded in 2021 and after successfully closing our Seed round in 2022 we are currently experiencing strong demand for Ninetailed and are now looking to bring on an experienced Senior Account Executive to support our VP Sales and the rest of our GTM team with our growth plans. There are no limits with this role and we expect this person to be a future commercial leader as Ninetailed continues to scale.

Tasks

About you

  • Youll be our first Account Executive reporting directly to our VP of Sales and working closely with the rest of our executive team who consist of ex. founders and executives with a strong track record of growing companies like Contentful Algolia etc.
  • You will have a major impact on our revenue growth working with a steady flow of inbound leads from some of the worlds largest brands
  • You will manage a solutionbased selling process with complex sales cycles that involve senior stakeholders from Marketing Product and Engineering teams
  • You will help our prospects all the way from discovery to close working on deals that range from midfive to six figures
  • You will have a major impact on how we build our sales process and playbook by frequently iterating on strategies to see what works
  • You will work closely with Marketing Product and Partnerships to ensure that our learnings from customer interactions are reflected in our pitch and roadmap
  • You will become an expert on the Ninetailed solution and have a deep understanding on the latest trends in personalization and composable marketing technologies

Requirements

About the role

  • You have at least 3 years experience in a quotacarrying role in a startup consistently being a top performer
  • You have closed several large Enterprise accounts and sixfigure deals
  • You have strong experience in B2B SaaS with a focus on composable/headless/APIfirst products in MarTech youre comfortable selling to a technical audience
  • You take a valuebased sales approach and love managing complex sales cycles
  • Youre comfortable with numbers and like to use data to optimize your sales process
  • Youre a high achiever bring a lot of energy and love working in a fastpaced environment
  • Youre entrepreneurial a fast learner and like to get your hands dirty to figure things out
  • Youre well organized and comfortable with managing multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality and attention to detail
  • You have exceptional communication skills; verbal written and when presenting youre completely fluent / native in English
  • Youre open to travel within Europe and to North America to represent Ninetailed at events and visit customers
