Responsibilities
- Set requirements, traceability and coverage with SW PO/TDM and Validation teams.
- Support Systems team to conduct TDR reviews, develop Systems DFMEAs, Fail safe strategies and thermal/optical
considerations with other functional teams to ensure a robust system design.
- Be the key customer contact for technical clarification from a systems perspective.
- Support customer reviews/internal reviews for technical point as system.
- System engineer for Center Information Display (CID) with JOEM customers.
- Develop System Requirement Description and traceability
- Actively engage customer to elicit, understand and decompose System requirements
- Manage the developed SRD and align with SW PO/TDM for concise feature implementation and SW maturity
- Support team to develop DFMEA, conduct TDR and develop TCS for each product
- Execute requirement clarification with customers
Requirements
- At least 5 years experience in System Definition and Integration knowledge, including architecture, requirement
decomposition and vehicle networks (Automotive)
- Good communication skills with global teams
- Technical Team Leadership experience
- Task Management and Project Management experience
- Experience of working with JOEMs, specifically in technical negotiation
- Experience of DFMEA
Preferred skills and experience:
- Experience in working with global teams
- Knowledge of CLM tools (DOORS, DOORSNG, RTC)
- Knowledge of Problem solving techniques (5 WHY/ 8D report/ FTA)
- Specific knowledge of customer processes (e.g. Honda Kenshokai)
- SW architecture/algorithm knowledge and linkage to system performance
- Knowledge of Functional Safety/ Cyber security
- Experience/knowleadge of Graphics development/operation
- Guest engineer at OEM
