What Youll Do:

As a Senior Talent Development Specialist you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the skills and careers of our team members. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing training programs identifying development needs and driving employee engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Implement Training Programs:

  Design develop and implement training programs that address organisational needs and enhance employee skills.

• Identify Development Needs:

  Conduct assessments and analyses to identify the development needs of employees across various departments.

• Organise Workshops and Seminars:

  Plan coordinate and facilitate workshops seminars and other educational activities to promote continuous learning.

• Monitor Training Effectiveness:

  Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments feedback and performance metrics.

• Drive Employee Engagement:

  Develop and implement strategies to boost employee engagement and foster a positive organizational culture.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Fluent English skills with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent development or related fields.
• Strong background in designing and delivering training programs.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
• Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training tools.
• Ability to analyze data and generate insights to improve training effectiveness.
