We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Program Manager with a proven track record in Agile Project/Program Management particularly in largescale technology projects within a retail environment. The successful candidate will have extensive experience managing projects related to ecommerce and websites specifically focusing on customer experience and online shopping. The Program Manager should excel in planning and overseeing crossfunctional programs demonstrating expertise in managing multiple projects concurrently and ensuring effective communication across the organization.

Responsibilities:

1. Agile Program Management:

   • Leverage 10 years of Agile Project/Program Management experience to lead and drive the successful delivery of large highly visible technology projects.

2. Ecommerce and Website Projects:

   • Oversee projects related to ecommerce and websites emphasizing customer experience and optimizing online shopping platforms.

3. CrossFunctional Program Planning:

   • Develop and execute comprehensive plans for crossfunctional programs ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

4. Parallel Project Management:

   • Skillfully manage multiple projects concurrently within one program addressing interdependencies sequencing and prioritization.

5. Clear Communication:

   • Demonstrate clear articulate communication to facilitate understanding and alignment across diverse teams and stakeholders.

6. Presentation Skills:

   • Showcase strong presentation skills delivering key insights progress updates and program overviews to both technical and nontechnical audiences.

7. Collaboration with Product and Engineering Teams:

   • Work collaboratively with Product and Engineering teams to understand project requirements align priorities and ensure successful project execution.

Requirements:

1. Experience:

   • A minimum of 10 years of handson experience in Agile Project/Program Management.
   • Proven success in managing large complex technology projects ideally within a retail environment.

2. Ecommerce Expertise:

   • Demonstrated experience in successfully delivering projects related to ecommerce with a focus on enhancing customer experience and online shopping.

3. CrossFunctional Program Management:

   • Proven ability to plan and manage crossfunctional programs ensuring collaboration and coordination across various teams.

4. Parallel Project Management:

   • Track record of effectively managing multiple projects simultaneously handling interdependencies and sequencing.

5. Communication Skills:

   • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and understandable manner.

6. Collaboration:

   • Ability to work seamlessly with Product and Engineering teams fostering a collaborative environment to achieve program goals.
