Your missions
As HR Business Partner you will :
- Contribute to the formulation of business strategy by assisting leaders in identifying prioritizing and establishing organizational capabilities behaviors structures and processes.
- Assist line managers in forecasting and planning their talent pipeline needs in alignment with both business and HR strategies.
- Evaluate key business performance targets and their talentrelated implications in collaboration with business leaders.
- Facilitate the implementation of longterm initiatives that align with the strategic agenda.
- Support business unit leaders in offering employees career development opportunities that align with current and future performance standards.
- Foster a continuous feedback mindset within the organization to drive the improvement of HR services and processes.
- Offer expert advice and coaching to employees as needed.
- Solicit and understand employee opinions anticipating their needs and concerns.
- Review and benchmark the internal and external environment to enhance HR policies and initiatives for compliance with local regulations.
- Identify and promote the sharing of best practices within the organization to encourage continuous improvement.
- Serve as a liaison between the line and HR to ensure alignment of HR services with internal needs.
- Identify new opportunities for HR to contribute value to the business.
- Maintain a solid understanding of HR practices and key trends.
- Cultivate a strong culture of leadership and coaching.
- Manage specific projects as outlined in the annual HR operational plan and contribute to functional and crossfunctional initiatives.
Your ideal profile
- A Bachelors or Masters degree in HR Management or a related field
- A minimum of 10 years of pertinent HR experience with a background in the financial sector
- Comprehensive knowledge of local labor laws and expertise in employee relations matters
- Proficiency in developing clear actionable steps to support overall business strategy
- Capability to gather and synthesize large volumes of quantitative and qualitative data
- Effective engagement inspiration and influence over individuals
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience collaborating with line managers and leaders providing guidance solutions and strategies on HR issues
- High levels of organizational skills attention to detail and adept problemsolving abilities
- Commitment to maintaining a high level of confidentiality integrity and diplomacy
- Full proficiency in MS Office
- Demonstrated dynamism and flexibility
- Fluent in English
