Crimson Education is a Series C global EdTech startup founded in 2013 with the idea that through personalized education and technology we can transform students into the world leaders of tomorrow. Were now in 29 markets and have an ambitious team thats rapidly expanding across the globe. Our tech platform connects 3000 tutors/mentors to students aiming to achieve admission and scholarships to top universities or their dream career pathway.

This is afulltime position that can be worked remotely or from one of our many offices around the world.

What are the main responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to People Leaders through the recruitment process and empower them to make successful hires
  • Improve and advise on current recruitment best practice
  • Lead end to end recruitment of roles; drafting adverts sourcing culture interviews and other recruitment activities.
  • Providing project management support for any recruitment based programs.
  • Proactive improvement of our employment brand in the market
  • Act as a trusted advisor to People Leaders.
  • Manage our ATS platform end maintain data integrity by ensuring accuracy and consistency of input data

The ideal candidate will be able to build rapport easily be customerobsessed and have a growth mindset.

What skills and experience are required

  • 3 years inhouse recruitment (essential)
  • Highly proficient in endtoend recruitment
  • High learning agility and the ability to work with stakeholders from around the globe
  • Passion for high growth companies and building a strong culture
  • Strong customer service orientation; ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and tact
  • Highlyorganised with the ability to follow through on projects with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work with a variety of stakeholders across time zones
  • Understanding and confidence in using specific systems and programmes including MS Office Suite Google and HRIS/Recruitment platforms
