About the Role: Land Acquisition/Liaison Officer
As the Land Acquisition/Liaison Officer for Oriana Power you will be a crucial link in securing the necessary land for our solar projects. Your role involves navigating legal and regulatory landscapes establishing positive relationships with stakeholders and facilitating the acquisition process. To provide clarity on expectations we have outlined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) tailored to the solar power industry.
Functional Parameters (Pick Any Five):
- Land Identification and Assessment:
Target: Identify and assess suitable land for solar projects ensuring compliance with regulatory and environmental standards.
- Negotiation and Agreement Closure:
Target: Successfully negotiate land acquisition agreements aiming for a 90% closure rate while adhering to budget constraints.
- Stakeholder Relationship Management:
Target: Cultivate positive relationships with landowners local communities and regulatory authorities ensuring smooth project approvals.
- Legal Compliance:
Target: Ensure strict adherence to legal requirements in land acquisition achieving a 95% compliance rate with local state and national regulations.
- Title Clearance:
