Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented SpanishSpeaking Customer Advisor to join our vibrant team in Athens. In this role you will play a crucial role in delivering toptier customer support to our Spanishspeaking users across various social media platforms. This is an onsite position and we offer a relocation package for candidates relocating from abroad covering flight tickets to Athens and accommodation expenses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries across social media platforms including Facebook Twitter and Instagram.
  • Assist customers in resolving issues complaints and queries ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Engage with customers in a professional and empathetic manner demonstrating genuine care and understanding.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to address complex customer issues and ensure seamless resolution.
  • Monitor social media channels for feedback and trends providing insights to improve our products and services.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and retention through personalized support.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Spanish (native or C1/C2 level) and proficient in English.
  • Previous experience in customer support is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers effectively.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a fastpaced work environment.
  • Willingness to work onsite in Athens and collaborate with a multicultural team.
