- Overall Responsibility: Provide leadership and strategic direction for the Recreation & Activities department in the pre-opening phase, ensuring its seamless integration into the resort's overall operations and the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
- Pre-Opening Preparations: Develop and implement comprehensive plans for the establishment and operation of Recreation & Activities facilities and establish and maintain safety protocols and risk management procedures.
- Recreation Management: Design and implement a diverse range of recreation programs catering to the interests and preferences of guests, encompassing both structured and unstructured activities.
