    Bank of Jordan, a leading financial institution, is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Agreements and Contracts Keeping Clerk to join our team. As an Agreements and Contracts Keeping Clerk, you will play a critical role in ensuring the proper management and organization of all agreements and contracts within the bank.

    Your responsibilities will include maintaining and updating the bank's agreement database, tracking key milestones and deadlines, and assisting in the preparation of legal documentation. Bank of Jordan is committed to excellence in service delivery, and as an Agreements and Contracts Keeping Clerk, you will contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of the bank's legal processes.

    Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update the bank's agreement and contract database, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information
  • Track key milestones, expiration dates, and renewal deadlines for agreements and contracts
  • Assist in the preparation and review of legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and addendums
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution and delivery of agreements and contracts
  • Assist in the negotiation and drafting of contractual terms and conditions
  • Perform regular audits and reviews of agreement files to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • Handle correspondence and inquiries related to agreements and contracts
  • Collaborate with legal counsel and other departments to resolve any contractual issues or disputes
  • Provide administrative support to the legal department as needed
  • Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification. Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
  • Admin assistant experience
  • Prior experience in contract management or a similar role is preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with high attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Basic knowledge of contract law and legal terminology
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
